By consuming this artifact, three things will occur. Firstly, you will reduce the tech cost of all techs this age for your nation by half, rounded down. Secondly, your current character will increase all attributes and elderly start time by 3; this may increase the attribute maximum of the character by 1, but restricts them from ever benefitting from immortality. Lastly, you will gain an additional pop quest for the age, and the DC for all pop growth quests this age will be reduced by 10 for you instantly.
